Function: a peptide active that works by stimulating Alpha-MSH (alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone) signalling, supporting the natural hair pigmentation process to help reduce the appearance of grey and white hair.

How to use

• Dosage range: 0.1–5% of your total formula. Recommended dosage: 5%. This refers to the solution as supplied, not the pure peptide.
• Add at the last step of your formulation, once your mixture is below 40°C. The peptide is heat-sensitive — avoid temperatures above 40°C.
• Formulate at pH 5.00–7.00.
• Soluble in water.
• Do not apply neat to the skin or scalp. This is a formulation additive, not a finished product — always blend it into a serum, tonic or leave-on treatment, and patch test any new formula before regular use.
