Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1Â to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from our courier company.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are live rates provided by our courier network.
Free shipping applies for orders over $150 (with the exception of DG products)
Rural deliveries:Â Delivery to rural areas will add 2 - 4 days to shipping times
Dangerous Goods: Delivery for Dangerous Goods - including Class 3 Flammable, Class 5.1 Oxidising and Class 8 Corrosive goods - will add 4-6 delivery delay
Deliveries are made from 9am - 5pm on weekdays. We will contact you via email with the Tracking Number for your order, so you can check the delivery progress on our couriers website.Â
In-store pickup
We are an ONLINE STORE ONLY. We do not have In-Store Pick Up available product may not be uplifted from our warehouse.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Sourcery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leah@thesourcery.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
