Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) - Food Grade

Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) is a high-intensity, non-nutritive sweetener supplied as a free-flowing white crystalline powder. It is approximately 200 times sweeter than sucrose, so only very small amounts are needed to sweeten a formulation.

Formulating with it

• Synergy: blends well with sucralose, aspartame and stevia, rounding out sweetness and masking the slight bitter aftertaste each can show on its own.
• Stability: heat stable for baking and pasteurisation, and stable across a wide pH range, suiting acidic beverages.
• Solubility: freely soluble in water.
• Applications: beverages and drink powders, protein and supplement powders, confectionery, baked goods, tabletop sweeteners, chewing gum and oral care products such as toothpaste and mouthwash.
