Note: this is a vanilla flavour concentrate, not a bean-derived vanilla extract.

Typical use level

• Bakery, icings and creams: 0.2–2 %
• Beverages, syrups and cordials: 0.1–0.5 %
  
• Start low and adjust to taste — optimum dose varies by application.
