AveenOat - Ultra-Fine Oatmeal

Ultra-Fine Oatmeal is finely milled oat powder used in personal care formulations as a skin-conditioning and skin-protectant ingredient. It disperses in water and can be used in both bath products and emulsions. In a formulation it forms a moisture barrier on the skin surface, supporting skin comfort and the feel of dry, itchy or irritated skin, and it contributes a soft, smooth after-feel.
