Sodium Citrate - Certified Food Grade

This product is Certified Food Grade and packed under NP3 Food Grade conditions.

Sodium citrate is commonly used in food as both a flavor enhancer and preservative. It can also be found as a flavoring agent in certain types of club soda.

Sodium Citrate is the sodium salt of Citric acid, and acts as a buffer, a mild alkali, and anti-oxidant and enhances preservatives.

It is useful in dishwash, laundry powder and liquid formulas, also in floor cleaner and spray and wipe formulations, especially to replace phosphates.

Also commonly added to foodstuffs, personal care and some soap formulations.
