INCI: Polyquaterium-7
Polyquat is a cationic conditioning agent, which bonds to hair and reduces wet and dry combing resistance. It is mostly used in Hair care, for conditioning shampoos, conditioner creams, hair masques and sprays. It helps in detangling of the hair and can also be used as a skin conditioning agent for skin care products.
Typical use levels are 0.5 - 5% depending on the product.
