A water-soluble, film-forming protein suitable for both food and cosmetic formulations. Sourced from fish and enzymatically hydrolysed into low-molecular-weight peptides that disperse readily in water, it works as a protein ingredient in food and beverage applications, and in leave-on and rinse-off cosmetic products to support skin suppleness, hydration and the appearance of firmness.
