Blood Orange Essential Oil gets its name from the vivid red flesh of the Blood Orange. The scent is very similar to Sweet Orange oil and has a similar bright, uplifting and cleansing character.

Typical uses include;

Skincare — toners and cleansers, especially formulations for dull, dry or irritated skin.

Haircare — contributes a fresh citrus character to shampoos and conditioners.

Aromatherapy — combines well in essential oil blends with Bergamot, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Litsea Cubeba, Mandarin, Patchouli, Pine, Rosemary, Spanish Sage, Spearmint, Thyme and Vanilla, amongst many others.
